As a new form and model of e-commerce, cross-border e-commerce (CBEC) has been developing rapidly in recent years, becoming a new engine and a new bright spot for global economic development.

The Report on Developments of International Normative Systems on Cross-Border E-commerce(hereinafter referred to as “Report”) is completed by WIC Working Group on Cross-Border E-commerce as an important outcome of the WIC.
