The Report on Developments of International Normative Systems on Cross-Border E-commerce (hereinafter referred to as “Report”) is completed by WIC Working Group on Cross-Border E-commerce as an important outcome of the WIC.

The Report gives an overview of the global development and international normative systems of cross-border e-commerce, as well as summaries the related issues and challenges. It focuses on the latest developments in trade facilitation measures and the legal and policy environment for sustainable and high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce. The current practices in digital trade facilitation are presented in the report. Based on this joint research and common vision, the working group puts forward recommendations and working proposals to promote fair and equitable global norms on cross-border e-commerce.
