Rajan Parajuli is currently the Executive Director of the Nepal Research and Education Network (NREN) and a board member of the Nepal Telemedicine Association, and has more than 15 years of experience working in the areas of management and operation of research and education networks, and ICT development programs. During his doctoral studies, he focused on telemedicine applications in rural Nepal, especially the use of telemedicine technology to increase women's access to healthcare, and has published dozens of articles in academic journals. In addition to playing a key role in NREN, Rajan is also actively involved in APAN (Asia-Pacific Advanced Network) related activities for research and collaboration in the Asia-Pacific region.

拉詹·帕拉朱利现任尼泊尔研究与教育网络（NREN）执行主任、尼泊尔远程医疗协会的董事会成员，在研究教育网络的管理运营、信息和通信技术发展项目等领域拥有超过15年的工作经验。博士就读期间，他重点研究尼泊尔农村地区远程医疗应用特别是利用远程医疗技术增加女性获得医疗保健机会，在学术期刊发表数十篇文章。除了在NREN发挥关键作用外，拉詹还积极参与亚太先进网络（APAN）有关活动，在亚太地区开展研究与合作。
