Ayaz Karimov, currently pursuing a PhD in Information Technology at the University of Jyväskylä, Finland, is the Khan Academy Azerbaijan Localization Team Leader, managing a team of more than 500 volunteers dedicated to delivering a world-class education to students across the country, especially those with limited access to quality education and digital literacy. He has led the team through the localization of more than 9,000 videos and other educational content in Azerbaijani in partnership with the Ministry of Education. Ayaz is also the co-founder and Chief Product Officer of Inskillz and works as a Product Manager at the Cyber Academy in Switzerland.

阿亚兹·卡里莫夫目前在芬兰韦斯屈莱大学攻读信息技术专业博士学位，是可汗学院阿塞拜疆本地化团队负责人，管理一支500多名志愿者组成的团队，致力于为阿各地的学生，尤其是接受优质教育和数字扫盲机会有限的学生提供世界一流的教育。他带领团队与阿教育部合作，完成了9000多部视频和其他教育内容的阿塞拜疆语本地化工作。阿亚兹还是Inskillz 联合创始人、首席产品官，并在瑞士赛博学院担任产品经理。
