Training on corporate online reputation protection to be held by WIC Digital & AI Academy

As online information channels continue to diversify, companies face increasingly complex reputational risks in their day-to-day operations, including online infringement and defamation. Many companies are therefore seeking effective ways to protect their legitimate rights and interests through  reporting mechanisms and to respond proactively to false information through authoritative channels.

In response to the needs of WIC members and to facilitate dialogue between government authorities and businesses, the World Internet Conference Digital & AI Academy will hold Capacity Building on Corporate Online Reputation Protection in Beijing on Sept 22.

Open to WIC members, the program will feature a lecture on preventing online infringement and reputational risks by an official from the Illegal and Harmful Information Reporting Center of the Cyberspace Administration of China, who will also answer questions from participants.

The World Internet Conference Digital & AI Academy is the WIC’s platform for capacity building, cooperation and exchange. It provides digital and AI capacity-building programs for developing countries, businesses and other groups worldwide, with the aim of cultivating talent, bridging the digital and AI divide, and ensuring that the benefits of development are shared by all.
