About the WIC Global Youth Leadership Program
The Global Youth Leadership Program (GYLP) is a flagship initiative launched by the World Internet Conference in 2023. Over the past three years, 56 Global Youth Leaders from 38 countries and regions have been invited to participate in the Youth Forum at the Wuzhen Summit, engaging in in-depth exchanges with leading figures from the global internet community.
In 2025, the program attracted outstanding young applicants from nearly 120 countries and regions, gaining widespread attention and recognition worldwide. With Forum, Training, and Research as its three core components, the program aims to connect outstanding young people in internet sector, promote international exchange and cooperation, and support youth participation in shaping the future of the digital world.

The World Internet Conference (WIC) was established as an international organization on July 12, 2022, headquartered in Beijing, China. It was jointly initiated by Global System for Mobile Communication Association (GSMA), National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China (CNCERT), China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), Alibaba Group, Tencent, and Zhijiang Lab.
