Notes for Submission

Submit before the deadline

The submission deadline is 24:00 (Beijing Time) June 15, 2026. The system will automatically close after the deadline, and late submissions will not be accepted. Please plan submission schedule accordingly and submit as early as possible.

Select the appropriate area

Cases must fall within one of the five designated areas and closely match the selected category.

Applicants may submit multiple cases under different areas. However, the same case must not be submitted under multiple areas to avoid invalid Submissions.

Meet basic eligibility requirements

Submitted cases must meet all of the following requirements:

Involve cooperation among two or more countries/regions and demonstrate international cooperation in cyberspace;

Have been launched or implemented after 2015

Not have been included in previous editions of the WIC annual Collection of Practice Cases.

Present content clearly and highlight key strengths

Submissions should focus on the two core review criteria: International Cooperativeness and Inclusive Value. International cooperativeness may be reflected through cross-border implementation, participation by multiple international stakeholders, and coordinated global resource allocation. Inclusive value may be demonstrated through efforts to bridge the digital divide, benefit vulnerable groups, support development in less-developed regions, and improve the well-being of people worldwide.

Submission materials should be logically structured, focused, informative, authentic and accurate. The use of subheadings is recommended to present key points.

Chinese-English translations should be precise and professional to help international experts fully understand the case.

Supporting material requirements

Upload files of an appropriate size to facilitate downloading and review by experts.

Ensure each file is clearly named. Bilingual (Chinese-English) materials are recommended to facilitate international review.
