

Hu Zhenquan serves as Vice President of 360 Group and President of 360 Digital Security Group. Since leading the establishment of 360 Digital Security Group in 2019, he has been fully responsible for its operations. Under his leadership, the group solved the global technical challenge of detecting advanced cyberattacks known as “See”, created a next-generation cybersecurity framework, fostered a transparent channel ecosystem, and supported related companies through investments and mergers. The group also played an active role in securing major international events, including the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. In fiscal year 2024, the 360 Digital Security Group achieved revenue exceeding RMB 1 billion, delivering cost-effective, reliable cybersecurity solutions worldwide—especially in countries with limited technology, funding, or hardware.
The World Internet Conference (WIC) was established as an international organization on July 12, 2022, headquartered in Beijing, China. It was jointly initiated by Global System for Mobile Communication Association (GSMA), National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China (CNCERT), China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), Alibaba Group, Tencent, and Zhijiang Lab.
