

Nusaiba Binte Mamun is a Kofi Annan Changemaker 2025 and an International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Generation Connect Young Leadership Program fellow. She is the founder of the ed-tech startup Anondopath, which develops Augmented Reality (AR)-based curriculum-aligned 3D virtual science laboratories for rural schools. Through this initiative, she leverages digital tools to provide access to science education for students from resource-constrained backgrounds, particularly for girls. Academically, she leads research on AI-driven digital twins for climate-resilient infrastructure. Nusaiba Binte Mamun firmly believes that youth voices, whether from global tech hubs or resource-limited regions, must be included in the decision-making processes that shape cyberspace.
The World Internet Conference (WIC) was established as an international organization on July 12, 2022, headquartered in Beijing, China. It was jointly initiated by Global System for Mobile Communication Association (GSMA), National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China (CNCERT), China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), Alibaba Group, Tencent, and Zhijiang Lab.
