Hafeez UR Rehman
Hafeez UR Rehman is a Pakistani electronics engineering expert and the Founder and CEO of ITSOLERA. With 13 years of experience in emerging technology research and practice, he specializes in cybersecurity, AI, and digital innovation. Guided by the principle that “technology serves real-world needs”, he is committed to leveraging technological solutions to advance the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in the areas of quality education, gender equality, and digital inclusion. He has led the design and implementation of nationwide training programs in cybersecurity, AI, and digital literacy for students, professionals, and underprivileged youth in Pakistan. To date, these initiatives have trained over 2,000 individuals.
The World Internet Conference (WIC) was established as an international organization on July 12, 2022, headquartered in Beijing, China. It was jointly initiated by Global System for Mobile Communication Association (GSMA), National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China (CNCERT), China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), Alibaba Group, Tencent, and Zhijiang Lab.
