Exploring "Digital Porcelain Capital"
A cultural dialogue spanning a thousand years unfolded on Jan 15 in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi province, during the Journey into the Digital Porcelain Capital, part of the Journey into Outstanding Cases event hosted by the World Internet Conference.
From ancient porcelain shards in the Imperial Kiln Museum to digitally revived artifacts in immersive exhibition halls, technology is breathing new life into cultural heritage—capturing every glaze and crack, and integrating preservation with creation.
The World Internet Conference (WIC) was established as an international organization on July 12, 2022, headquartered in Beijing, China. It was jointly initiated by Global System for Mobile Communication Association (GSMA), National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China (CNCERT), China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), Alibaba Group, Tencent, and Zhijiang Lab.
