Digital infrastructure is an indispensable public service platform for economic and social development. To advance the inclusive development of global digital infrastructure, World Internet Conference, leveraging its Think Tank Cooperation Program, organized the compilation of Promoting Global Digital Infrastructure Development and Bridging the Digital Divide. The report expounds on the global progress in digital infrastructure development and the current status of the digital divide, conducts an in-depth analysis of the key challenges faced in international cooperation in digital infrastructure development, and puts forward recommendations on promoting international cooperation from the perspectives of countries, international organizations, and industry.
