With blue tiles by the rippling water and the soft rhythm of oars drifting through misty canals, Wuzhen, since 2014, has been writing a new chapter of the digital era amid the charm of its thousand-year-old waterways.

Marking the 10th anniversary of the concept of building a community with a shared future in cyberspace, this year’s World Internet Conference Wuzhen Summit will feature not only a main forum and 24 sub-forums, but also the release of multiple reports, including the Global Artificial Intelligence Standards Development Report.

From the early shape of the concept to real-world progress, Wuzhen has combined its local characteristics with digital technology — transforming vision into reality and leading it towards the future.

The World Internet Conference (WIC) was established as an international organization on July 12, 2022, headquartered in Beijing, China. It was jointly initiated by Global System for Mobile Communication Association (GSMA), National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China (CNCERT), China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), Alibaba Group, Tencent, and Zhijiang Lab.
