After rigorous selection process, 20 young talents from 20 countries and regions were selected as World Internet Conference global youth leaders for their remarkable achievements in internet-related fields. 

These young leaders are active across diverse areas of the internet ranging from policymaking to entrepreneurship. They harness emerging technologies to enhance global connectivity and bring fresh, youth-driven insights to international internet governance.


The World Internet Conference (WIC) was established as an international organization on July 12, 2022, headquartered in Beijing, China. It was jointly initiated by Global System for Mobile Communication Association (GSMA), National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China (CNCERT), China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), Alibaba Group, Tencent, and Zhijiang Lab.
