The World Internet Conference (WIC) Global Youth Leadership Program comes to its third edition in 2025. This year's program attracted outstanding applicants from nearly 120 countries and regions across six continents. Following evaluation by a panel of renowned international experts, 20 young people from 20 countries and regions, including Germany, the United Kingdom, Spain, Kyrgyzstan, Tanzania and Vietnam, were selected as WIC global youth leaders for their remarkable achievements in internet-related fields.

These young leaders are actively engaged in internet research, policy-making, public service, and entrepreneurship. They are leveraging emerging technologies to strengthen global connectivity, contributing youth perspectives to international internet governance, and driving public initiatives to narrow the digital divide.

Youth are not merely observers of the digital future—they are the architects of today. The WIC remains committed to fostering youth-focused programs, building bridges across borders, cultures, and disciplines, and uniting the energy and vision of young people around the world.
