As the digital economy continues to thrive globally, antitrust issues in the digital economy have become a common challenge faced by major jurisdictions. Actively learning from the beneficial experiences of other jurisdictions can significantly enhance the effectiveness of China's antitrust governance in the digital economy. This report aims to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of foreign practices, critically examine the actual effectiveness of current antitrust law practices in the digital economy sector, rationally assess emerging trends in both practice and theory within this field, clarify the reasonable limits for strengthening antitrust measures in the digital economy sector, and provide insights to support the deepening of routine regulatory oversight in this domain. The report examines the latest antitrust practices in the digital economy across major jurisdictions. Based on the actual effects of the latest practices, the report provides an overall evaluation of each jurisdiction.
