Workshop on AI Governance and Sustainable Development: Key insights from the WIC Asia-Pacific Summit
The Workshop on "AI Governance and Sustainable Development: for Good and for All" convened in Hong Kong during the World Internet Conference (WIC) Asia-Pacific Summit on April 14, drawing representatives from the WIC Specialized Committee on AI and partner think tanks, as well as leading experts and scholars in AI governance.
Centered on the report "Governing AI for Good and for All—Empowering Global Sustainable Development",which was unveiled during the summit, participants engaged in in-depth discussions on how AI can support a wide range of global priorities. From digital infrastructure and technological innovation to talent cultivation, open ecosystems, and collaboration across cultures and borders, let's explore the posters for insights on shaping a smarter, safer future with AI.

The World Internet Conference (WIC) was established as an international organization on July 12, 2022, headquartered in Beijing, China. It was jointly initiated by Global System for Mobile Communication Association (GSMA), National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China (CNCERT), China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), Alibaba Group, Tencent, and Zhijiang Lab.
