Liu Jun, executive vice-president of Lenovo Group, said that Lenovo has established a “full-stack AI” strategy, aiming to empower society, industries, enterprises, and individuals through AI-powered devices, AI infrastructure, and AI solutions and services.

He made the remarks at the AI Computing Power Development Forum under the theme of “Building an Integrated, Inclusive, and Green AI Computing Ecosystem”, which was hosted by the World Internet Conference during the 2025 Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain, on March 4. 

Liu highlighted that the emergence of DeepSeek has significantly accelerated the implementation of Lenovo’s full-stack AI strategy. 

By integrating DeepSeek’s advanced AI models into AI PCs, AI smartphones, AI tablets, and AIoT devices, Lenovo seeks to enhance intelligent user experiences across multiple platforms, he noted.

Liu also revealed that Lenovo will introduce a new AI assistant for personal users at the upcoming Lenovo TechWorld event in May. 

Noting that there is huge potential in AI development, Liu said that Lenovo has collaborated with over 2,000 partners and will continue to expand partnerships to build AI ecosystems and to drive AI industry integration and innovation.


The World Internet Conference (WIC) was established as an international organization on July 12, 2022, headquartered in Beijing, China. It was jointly initiated by Global System for Mobile Communication Association (GSMA), National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China (CNCERT), China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), Alibaba Group, Tencent, and Zhijiang Lab.
