President Xi's congratulatory letter will pave the way for further development of Chinese efforts to promote a robust and sustainable social economic development by means of the internet.

At present, we need new models to develop the industrial internet, industrial finance and supply chain system. The industrial development realizes the sharing of digital technologies, and the development of the industry chain needs digital technologies.

I am very impressed with President Xi's congratulatory letter. Information technology has a new mission in many areas.

I hope agreements in the conference can be realized as soon as possible to benefit all of the Chinese people and people around the world. At present, people in some places find it still hard to use internet technologies. Helping these people to use the internet is a win-win thing.

The internet is a sharing tool that can help people in poverty-stricken areas to improve their living standard, and increase their sense of gain. It also can help these people escape poverty.

I am impressed that President Xi's congratulatory letter said China wants to build on its own efforts to encourage countries across the world to board the express train of the internet and digital economy. China will never close its door. They will only be opened wider and wider going forward.

I expect I can interact with other guests to discuss how to internationalize China's internet technologies and solutions, especially China's sharing economy, and development of core technology platforms.
