- GYLP updates | Martín Rafael López: Finding Latin America's place in the digital age
- López is a professor of political science and international relations at the Catholic University of La Plata in Argentina. He was selected as a World Internet Conference Global Youth Leader in 2025. His work focuses on Latin America's digital development and on using technological innovation, sustainable development, social impact initiatives and education programs to democratize knowledge and narrow social, technological and educational gaps.
- Meet in Jakarta | World Internet Conference to host symposium on cross-border e-commerce in September
- To promote international exchange and cooperation in cross-border e-commerce, the World Internet Conference will host the International Symposium on Cross-Border E-Commerce under the theme "Silk Road Links Businesses, Smart Trade for Win-Win" on Sept 3 in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The World Internet Conference (WIC) was established as an international organization on July 12, 2022, headquartered in Beijing, China. It was jointly initiated by Global System for Mobile Communication Association (GSMA), National Computer Network Emergency Response Technical Team/Coordination Center of China (CNCERT), China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), Alibaba Group, Tencent, and Zhijiang Lab.
