Based on the "Full-lifecycle Supply and Demand Collaborative Ecology" concept, modern advanced information technology is applied to empower the tenacity of the electrical equipment supply chain. Through solid research and continuous application iterations, State Grid Corporation of China has developed a modern intelligent supply chain "Five E and One Center" intelligence platform with upstream and downstream network interconnection, digital interoperability, and intelligent interaction.


The E-commerce Platform (ECP) realizes platform-mounted whole-process business operation and online collaboration from procurement planning, bidding, contract logistics, quality supervision, supplier management, to waste material disposal. The Electrical Equipment Intelligent Internet of Things Platform (EIP) connects with equipment manufacturing and production systems. It creates an open and trusted Internet of Things platform for both supply and demand parties, which can collect the supplier equipment scheduling, critical raw materials, and components, process quality, and factory testing information in real-time to achieve supply and demand collaborative manufacturing, on-demand production scheduling and process improvement. The Electric Logistics Service Platform (ELP) extends the connection to the social logistics network. It creates a specialized logistics service platform for special equipment, which realizes the visual monitoring of transportation and the sharing of warehousing capacity. Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) realizes the overall management and control of enterprise resources such as demand, orders, inventory, and funds. The "e-materials" handheld application supports one-click processing anytime and anywhere. The Enterprise Supply Chain Operation Center (ESC) activates data status perception ability, regularity insight ability, and collaborative operation value, exerts data aggregation and changeability, and improves operational efficiency and risk management.

The "Five E and One Center" smart platform has realized the transformation from traditional material management to a full-chain business digital operation model covering smart procurement, digital logistics, panoramic quality control, compliance supervision, and smart operation. It has built a supply chain ecology with controllable safety, efficient collaboration, agile response, win-win sharing, and higher tenacity.


Intelligent Construction for High Quality. Build the first production-quality supervision and management platform with the industrial Internet model and independently develop a cloud-edge collaborative smart IoT gateway to realize real-time aggregation and online monitoring of multi-source heterogeneous electrical equipment production test data. The deep application of manufacturing, supervision, random inspection, installation and test, equipment operation, and scrap processing life cycle quality information accurately draws a 360-degree holographic portrait of the product. It builds a quality diagnosis and benchmark analysis model. Work with suppliers to improve the level of intelligent manufacturing and product quality in the production process.

Intelligent Service for High Efficiency. Cloud procurement, cloud contract signing, cloud logistics, cloud inspection, and cloud settlement realize the interaction and coordination of online supply and demand in the whole time, space, and scene, to achieve "data run more and suppliers run less", which accumulatively saved 12.261 billion yuan in transaction costs. Connect to supplier inventory and production capacity data, build a "full supply chain physical resource pool" and a unified deployment system across the network and improve user response to electricity and social emergency response capabilities. In Henan's heavy rain disaster relief work in July 2021, 102 suppliers in 19 provinces quickly coordinated and deployed 123 million yuan of emergency supplies to ensure "water retreat, people enter, and electricity access".


Intelligent Connection for High Honesty. Establish a data interconnection network with suppliers as the core and form a five-dimensional holographic evaluation system of qualification evaluation, operational capabilities, procurement performance, quality management, and credit reporting. Apply in-depth big data analysis and knowledge map to form supplier's digital credit label and automatically generate power industry credit report to provide data support for financing loan business. Innovatively provide industry-financed collaborative services such as bid bond and performance bond insurance, which released a total of 22.9 billion yuan for suppliers.

Intelligent Risk Control. Apply the company's own SG-UAP R&D platform, electric BD GIS platform, State Grid Cloud, State Grid Core, State Grid Chain, and other core technologies to build a protection system for all scenarios with the combination of trusted interconnection, precision protection, safe interaction, and intelligent defense, covering technology, network, application, and data security. Create a simulation model based on process mining technology and artificial intelligence algorithms to realize process simulation tracking, compliance warning, and other functions. Establish a business compliance risk control model to monitor the critical risk prevention and control indicators across the entire chain in real-time, alarm risk intelligently, and complete online closed-loop disposal, achieving risk visibility and control throughout the business process.


Intelligent carbon emissions control. Develop an intelligent comparison algorithm model embedded with green evaluation and inspection standards to select green products and green production suppliers. Network bid opening, remote bid evaluation, electronic document signing, and other technologies are applied to realize paperless business. The cumulative carbon emission was reduced by 143.67 million tons. The overall allocation of resources and path optimization algorithms integrate storage and transportation resources, reduce logistics energy consumption, improve the professional disassembly, classification, and recycling efficiency of waste materials, and realize green waste disposal. The average annual resource recycling amount reached 18.6 billion yuan.
