Introduction:

To implement President Xi Jinping's instructions to "summarize the effective experience of large-scale online education since the COVID-19 pandemic and take advantage of information technology to renew conceptions of education and reform educational models" under the background of the fourth industrial revolution, as well as develop "Internet+education" and promote the sharing of high-quality educational resources, the forum will focus on the theoretical innovation, policy system, infrastructure, application models and development path of "Internet+education". Through sufficient discussion, we wish to build a consensus on education issues that are of general concern to society and education challenges that need to be jointly addressed, further promote global mutual cooperation and balanced development of digital education, and jointly create a new space for international cooperation in education.
