With the rapid development of the new generation of information technology, open source has become an important support for the development of information technology fields such as the Internet, Internet of things, cloud computing, big data and artificial intelligence, and has a profound impact on the whole information technology industry pattern and business model. On the one hand, open source software has become the "raw materials" and "components" of basic software such as operating system and database; On the other hand, making open source hardware and developing high-performance RISC-V core has become the common pursuit of academia and industry. An open, innovative, leading and sustainable open source ecosystem is coming.
